The Department Directory content type allows you to automatically add a directory of faculty and staff who work in a particular department to your site. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and office locations of the staff or faculty in the department are added and automatically updated.
Click [Add Content].
Click [Department Directory].
Enter an optional title if you'd like.
Choose the department you wish to display by selecting it from the drop-down Department menu.
Choose which type of people you'd like to display in your directory. You may choose from:
Display all - will display all faculty and staff users in the department Display Faculty only - will only display users in the department who are faculty Display Staff only - will only display users in the department who are staff
Click [Save Changes].
Please note that student workers, both graduate and undergraduate, will not be displayed in the Department Directory.
