  • On surveys to be more flexible in how questions looked.
  • Additional formatting abilities

  • Seems TRACS has all that
  • provide creating login pages
  • The emails that are autogenerated after a nightly link check that tell you of a link they tested for was not valid at 4 AM, but that's why it was down because it was in the middle of the night (for maintenance or whatever). Test during daytime.

  • none
  • Training at RRHEC!!!
  • N/A
  • I'd like to see a class on HTML as it relates to tables. There are a few things that the auto generated tables lack.
  • I would like more in-depth training in editing images (for banners, etc.).
  • Online written support.
  • Flash animation- I can't seem to get it to work...and everyone is asking for bells and whistles. Since GATO is a CMS, the only thing I can do is provide some sort of interactive menu.
  • Editing pictures to fit in the banner images.
  • Any....but I haven't seen any since I've been doing the webpage.
  • More advanced web design skills.
  • training offered during different times/days.
  • Learning some of the tricks that the help desk knows about that no-one else does.
  • Unsure.
  • training about how to design the flow of information for ease of use by end-users, i.e. should there be a link to this on the homepage or is it better in the left nav. or is it better in a drop-down...
  • Acrobat Reader - PDF files: how to create/edit/improve them. RSS Feeds and how to add them for podcasting including free reliable websites to upload RSS feeds to.
  • More hands on training with end users and their specific site(s).
  • Super-Duper-Duper Advanced, aka How to code your own Gato mods. :)
  • Maybe online courses
  • NA
  • I see that #7 identifies event calendar..... I wasn't aware this was available. Traning for event calendar will be important.
  • It would be nice to see some walk-through videos similar to the Tracs Facts video tutorials available to users who want to use features that they have not tried before
  • Mult-media. I work in Linux as I am not given funds to convert to the necessary formats to add streamimg video and audio.
  • I do not have time for trainings and information distributed through GATO needs to be in lay terms because I have a social science background. Or more support from the university to have IT people to maintain our websites!
  • flash

  • It is good for easy of use, I have worked with Web editors and HTML, and found it limiting at first. I understand how it helps some, though and provides a unified layout.
  • Doing a great job.
  • Your department has always been staff supportive.
  • I heart GATO- and would like someone to contact me about additional training for myself and the other lab assistants.
  • Overall, I've been very happy with the ease, but I want to olearn to do more and see what I CAN do.
  • Thanks for all the great support the GATO team provides!
  • You guys are doing a great job keeping Gato functionally rich and stable. Thank you.
  • It's good
  • Thanks for checking on the users needs
  • I have had very little to do with Gato since the intital set up of the pages for my part of the department site. That is why I have not answered all questions and did not respond fully to the recently added features question. Thanks for continuing to improve the product and training.
  • see above.
  • Add Departments specific workshops catering to the timeline of the group. For exaample, I supervise 9 students in Marketing and I've made GATO training mandatory for their jobs. I'd like to be able to schedule a Saturday or Sunday training of GATO I for just me and my team. Is that possible?
  • You guys are great, keep up the good work.
  • You guys are wonderful, I always have good things to tell others about your support and services. Keep up the great work! Thank you.
  • I have not been to a Gato training in a while, but when I did go, it did not seem to do things as easily as they said it could be done. I will try to check the schedule to see when class will be offered, so that I can again go and learn. I was kind of thrown into it at the beginning.
  • Thanks for caring.
  • You're doing a great job!
