Insert a Table


  1. Click Table
  2. Enter the number of rows and columns you wish to use in your table
  3. (optional) Choose Header options if you'd like
    • None: no header options will be used.
    • First Row: the text in the first row will be bold and have a light background color added.
    • First Column: the text in the first column will be bold and have a light background color added.
    • Both: text in the first row and first column will be bold and have a light background color added.
  4. (optional) If a header is selected, you may change the color of the header cells under the Header Color drop-down
  5. Set the Table Width.
    • 100%: The table will take the full-width of the section space.
    • Auto: The table will auto-adjust to the size of the content in the cells.
  6. Check Border, if you want your table to have a border.
  7. Check Alternating Background Color, if you want each row to alternate between beige and white.
  8. Click OK
  9. Once your table is added, begin entering your text by clicking in the desired cell and typing
